What’s included
From your initial design consultation through to council approval, colour selection, and final construction, we manage the entire process. You’ll work directly with Jim and our designer, not a salesperson, to develop a floor plan, choose your finishes, and bring your vision to life.

What styles are available
We build across a full range of styles: sleek architectural homes, contemporary facades, classic Federation-inspired designs, rural-luxe acreage homes, and Hamptons-style interiors. Have something specific in mind? Bring us reference images and we’ll shape a brief around them.

How the process works
It starts with a free consultation where we listen to your brief and assess your block. From there we develop design concepts, manage your DA or CDC approval, guide you through selections with our colour consultant, then build, keeping you informed at every stage.
