Let us take the hard work out of building

We handle everything for you, from speaking with you to tailor a design to your needs.

We’ll deliver a professional tender after visiting your block, assessing your needs and helping decide on your design and inclusions,

Take the guesswork out of your colours and finishes, we provide a professional colour consultant to help you choose from an extensive range of materials and finishes.

Once your plans are approved and all selections and items finalised, we begin construction of your new home without the unnecessary delays associated with a large volume builder.

Finally we work with you during the build, communicating throughout to deliver your quality new home.

1. Consultation

Talk to us about designing a new home for you. We then conduct a site visit advising you of the best approach to your site based on your requirements.

2. Tender

We take the findings from the inital consult and site visit, review key documentation and develop a tender with a fixed price. This will state all  inclusions to suit you.

3. Contract

With the details now arranged and with paperwork finalised,  a HIA-certified (Housing Industry Association) building contract is drawn up and signed by all parties. This is to avoid any matters that could lead to misunderstandings.

4. Selections

We help you choose the materials and finishes for the various areas and rooms within your home. We will arrange any consultations with our suppliers if required, including a specialised colour consultation.

Stage Two: Construction

Once your plans are approved and all selections and items finalised, we begin construction of your new home.

1. Site Preparation

After commencing on site, we’ll excavate and bench your site ready for your foundations.

2. Foundations & Construction

We begin your foundations including the piering and slab stage. Once the frame is up, before you know it the external finishes and roofing will be completed and we’ll move forward to the internal linings and fitout

3. Fencing & Landscaping

Speak to us about our ability to provide you with a fully turn key package including fencing and landscaping. Or we can leave that to you

4. Inspection & Handover

We work with you throughout the construction process, communicating with you where we are at and answering any questions you may have. We will conduct a walk through and take on any feedback before we deliver your completed home
